Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing Nscope at nscope.uk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service
Nscope provides a database of boutique finance firms across Northern England, along with tools for research, outreach tracking, and firm management. Some features require a paid Premium subscription.

3. Account
You must register to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing
Premium access is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time by emailing info@nscope.uk. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you would like a refund or believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@nscope.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercialise any data from the platform; attempt unauthorised access; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the service's integrity or performance.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, data, and software on the platform are owned by or licensed to Nscope. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal research purposes only.

8. Data Accuracy
Firm data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. Independently verify any information before relying on it for professional decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nscope excludes all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
